  • Minimum 6yrs/9yrs Post qualification executive experience with min. 2 years in organization of repute.
  • In case of other than Govt. organization the gross down remuneration should not be less than Rs 6,00,000/- Rs 7,00,000/- per annum in his/her last/current organization.

 

 2. Assistant Manager 

 Non. of Post:  10 (Ten)

 Education Qualification: 

  • CA/ ICWA, MBA in Finance with min. 55% marks in graduation.
  • Candidate must have Computer Knowledge/skills.

 Salary:  Rs. 40,000/- (Per Month)

 Age Limit:  32 (as on 20-07-2023)

 Location:  RO-Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar & New Delhi.

 Experience: 

  • Min. 2 yrs Post qualification executive experience with min 1 yr. in next below grade in an organization of repute.
  • In case of other than Govt. organization the gross down remuneration should not be less than Rs 3,60,000/- per annum in his/her last/current organization.

 

Note: The above qualification must be recognized by All India Council for Technical Education, University Grant Commission and/or any other Statutory Authority/Board.

 

 

 Age Relaxation: 

  •  OBC Candidates:  3 Years.
  •  SC, ST Candidates:  5 Years.
  •  PWD Candidates:  10 Years.

 Pay & Allowances: 

  • In addition to a monthly fixed remuneration, eligible candidates will receive House Rent Allowance and location-based compensatory allowance at a fixed consolidated remuneration of 10% if posted in the North East Region.
  • House Rent Allowance will be provided based on the place of posting, following the applicable rates for regular employees of the company.
  • Provident Fund benefits will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952.
  • The selected executives will be provided with self-medical insurance coverage. However, they are required to obtain their own self-medical insurance from an insurance company. Reimbursement of a maximum premium of Rs 3000 per annum will be provided.

  • Scanned copy of the latest passport-size colored photograph and signature in JPEG format only, with a file size of 40KB and 30KB respectively, for uploading in the application.

  • Professional details including Company Name, period of working, posts held, area of working, pay scale, salary details, etc. (Applicants are required to present original certificates during the interview for verification).

 

 

 Procedure for shortlisting of applicants: 

The applications will be shortlisted for the interview based on the following criteria:

  • Applicants must meet the required qualification, percentage of marks, and experience for the applied post.
  • Shortlisting of applications will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the requisite qualification, in a ratio of 1:5.
  • Fractional percentages in educational qualification will be ignored and not rounded off to the next higher percentage. For example, 54.9% will be considered less than 55%.
  • If necessary, the management may conduct a Written Test to screen applicants, depending on the number of applications received for the post. Applicants will be called for an interview based on their performance in the Written Test.
