Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute.
- Desirable Experience: At least 2 (two) years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate, including working as an associate in an Advocate's or Solicitor's Office or Law firm, after being enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961).

- Age Relaxation: There are certain age relaxations applicable for different categories.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Application Fee:
The application fee varies based on the category:- UR/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1000/- + 18% GST
- SC/ST/PwBD: Rs. 100/- + 18% GST

Selection Process:
The selection process consists of three stages: Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III.Phase I: It is an online screening examination comprising two papers, each carrying 100 marks. The examination will consist of multiple-choice questions.
Phase II: This stage includes an online examination consisting of two papers, each carrying 100 marks.
Phase III: The final stage is the interview. Only the shortlisted candidates from Phase II will be called for the interview. Candidates have the option to choose the interview language as either Hindi or English.
