Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- Candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks in English in Class X or XII.
- They must have qualified with a minimum of 60% overall marks in one of the following:
(a) M.Sc/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Software Systems/Cyber Security/System Administration & Networking/Computer Systems & Networking/Data Analytics/Artificial Intelligence)
OR
(b) MCA with BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology).
(b) MCA with BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology).
Age Limit:
Candidates born between 2nd January 1999 and 1st July 2004 are eligible for the recruitment. Selection Process:
The selection process for Indian Navy SSC Executive IT Recruitment 2023 involves the following stages:- Shortlisting of applications based on normalized marks.
- SSB shortlisting based on marks obtained in BE/B.Tech or MCA/M.Tech.
- SSB interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates will be informed about their selection through email or SMS.
- AC 3-tier rail fare is admissible for first-time SSB interview candidates.
NCC Candidates:
NCC 'C' certificate holders are eligible for relaxation in cut-off marks for SSB shortlisting, subject to following conditions:-(i) Having NCC ‘C’ certificate of Naval/Army/Air Wing with minimum ‘B’ Grade.
(ii) Served for not less than two academic years in the Senior Division, Naval/Army/Air Wing of the NCC.
(iii) ‘C’ certificate should not be dated prior to 01 Jan 2021.
(iv) The final selection will be subject to verification of the certificate by DG NCC/concerned NCC unit for its validity.
Merit List:
Merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks. Candidates declared fit in medical examination would be appointed subject to police verification, character verification & availability of vacancies in the entry.Tenure of Commission:
Selected candidates will be granted Short Service Commission initially for 10 years extendable by maximum 04 years in 02 terms (02 years + 02 years), subject to service requirement, performance, medical eligibility and willingness of candidates. How to Apply for Indian Navy Recruitment:
