BDL Recruitment 2023 notification has been released by Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) to fill vacancies for the positions of Project Officer and Project Engineer. The organization is inviting online applications from eligible candidates who possess B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, MBA qualifications. There are a total of 100 vacancies on FIXED TERM (CONTRACT)BASIS available across various locations in India including Corporate Office (Gachibowli) in Hyderabad, Telangana, Kanchanbagh Unit in Hyderabad, Telangana, Bengaluru in Karnataka, Bhanur Unit in Sangareddy, Telangana, Visakhapatnam Unit in Andhra Pradesh, Kochi in Kerala, and Mumbai in Maharashtra.  UPPER AGE LIMIT / AGE RELAXATION : 

• Project Engineer / Project Officer: The maximum age limit for Un-Reserved/EWS Categories is 28 years as on 10th May 2023.

• Age relaxation is provided as follows:

• SC & ST: 5 years.

• OBC-NCL: 3 years.

• PwBD (UR): 5 years.

• PwBD (OBC-NCL): 8 years.

• PwBD (SC/ST): 10 years.

• Maximum age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/SSCOs) subject to having rendered a minimum of 5 years' service in the Armed Forces and fulfilling other conditions prescribed by the Government of India.

• Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who have ordinarily been domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989, on submission of a domicile certificate.

 Qualification : 

• Project Engineer: First Class (60%) in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg.(4 years) / Integrated M.E. / M.Tech. course or equivalent from an AICTE approved Institute / University.

• Project Officer: First Class (60%) in MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management).

• Minimum one-year (01) post-qualification experience is required.
  
  
  

 Tenure of Employment : 

Project Engineers/Project Officers will be engaged on a Fixed Term (Contract) Basis initially for a period of one year, which may be extended up to a maximum period of four years (including the initial period), based on organizational requirements and individual performance.

 Selection Process : 

• Aggregate Marks / Percentage secured in the qualification in the relevant discipline. Each percentage of qualification will be allocated 01 mark, with a maximum of 75 marks.
• Allocation of marks based on relevant post-qualification experience: 01 year - 03 marks, 02 years - 06 marks, >=03 years - 10 marks.
• Interview Marks: 15 Marks.
• List of Shortlisted Candidates for Interview & Availability of Call Letters: 05th July 2023 (04:00 PM).
• BDL Walk-In Interview: 02nd Week of July 2023.
• Declaration of Final Merit List: To Be Notified.

• The online application consists of two parts:

• PART-I: Fill in your basic and mandatory information, qualification, and experience details.

• PART-II: Upload your photograph, signature, and other mandatory documents as mentioned in point no. 10.0.

• After filling in all the required information and uploading the documents, submit your online application.

• Take a printout of the submitted application and note down the generated online registration number.

• Shortlisted or screened candidates will be required to produce the original documents for verification during the interview or joining process.

• Candidates can apply only once, and once the application is submitted, it cannot be altered under any circumstances.

• Ensure that the email ID and mobile number provided in the application form are valid and active for the next 12 months as they will be used for future communication.

• Candidates are responsible for completing all stages of Part-I and Part-II of the online application. The fee once paid and the generated registration number will not be refunded under any circumstances.
