Institute of Advanced Study in Science & Technology (IASST)
IASST is a premier scientific research organization in the north-east region of India. It was established in 1979 and was initially supported by the Assam Science Society. Later, it became an autonomous R&D institute under the state government. Since March 2009, it has been under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Eligibility Details:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed a Master’s Degree from any recognized board or university.
Experience Details:
Candidates should be experienced with fundamental bioinformatics, microbiology, and microbial genetics, as well as handling chemicals, tools, and microbial cultures.
Age Limit:
The candidate’s maximum age should be 28 years, as on 30th September 2023. [CHECK HERE]
Service Duration:
The initial recruitment is for 01 (one) year and can be extended for up to 03 (three) years based on performance and internal assessment.
Remuneration:
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000.00 per month.

The selection process will be based on an interview.

Short-listed candidates will be notified of the interview date and other details through email.
Candidates must bring original mark sheets, educational certificates, and related documents to the interview, along with self-attested photocopies.
